Stephanie Arlaud is a SCLARC Board Member and a business professional with extensive background in economic development; homeless services; governmental finance and real estate. Ms. Arlaud has an MBA and she completed the UCLA Anderson School of Management MBA Refresher Certificate Course in1992. In 2012,Stephanie retired from the Community Redevelopment Agency, City of Los Angeles (CRA/LA), where she served for 25 years.
During her career at CRA/LA, she completed economic development projects that provided 15,000 jobs; recommendedover 250 sites throughout the greater Los Angeles area for rehabilitation and adaptive re-use of existing buildings for housing and use by non-profit organizations. Ms. Arlaud received her undergraduate degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton and is currently completing the Patient Advocacy Certificate Program.
