Salary Range: $17.00 per hour/Part Time

Summary of Position:
Employees in this job perform and oversee various janitorial and custodial tasks to maintain a clean and safe building and grounds. Responsible for maintenance of all existing and future landscaping planting on campus in designated areas to enhance the visual beaty of the development while promoting healthy, vigorous plant growth through environmentally sustainable methods.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Duties may include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, sparying, edging, and pruning plaza area.
Clean debris from grounds and graffiti removal.
Power wash courtyard and plaza areas.
Clean buildings floors and stairways by sweeping, oping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them. Clean grounds and parking lot of litter, glass, or other debris, including gum removal.
Gather empty trash bins in all rooms, cubicles, and the parking structure.
Service, clean and supply restrooms by refilling toilet paper rolls and hand soap dispensers in the bathroom.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges and squeezes.
Set up, arrange, and remove decorations, tables, chairs, and ladders to prepare the facility for events.
Washes wall, ceilings, woodwork, windows, mirror, and fixtures.
Staff must adhere to safety requirements by waring the appropriate personal protective equipment. Requires demonstrated ability to understand and follow work orders and product instructions.
