The Finance Committee reviews monthly financial reports on behalf of the Board of Directors, reviews outside independent financial audits, recommends actions for selecting an auditing firm to conduct an audit, and provides financial counsel. Additionally, they recommend for approval of personnel policies, study and make recommendations, annually, to the Board of Directors regarding wage and comparability standards, review and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding changes in job descriptions and job qualifications, and review and make recommendations to the Board of Directors regarding the salary range for the Executive Director.
