The Executive Committee is responsible for seeking out, selecting and recommending to the Board, candidates for election as Directors / Officers of SCLARC, and candidates to participate as members in the Vendor Advisory Committee. Additionally, the Executive Committee meets from time to time for the purpose of reviewing the Bylaws and recommending to the Board of Directors amendments to the Bylaws.
