Recruitment and Training Committee

The Board Recruitment and Training Committee shall be responsible for assessing the composition of the Board and needed skills, identifying potential new Directors to meet those needs, reviewing and considering candidates for the Board, recommending Director Candidates for consideration by the Board and recommending new and ongoing training topics for Board members and for Board retreats. The committee shall also review the Annual Board Trainings Plan as identified in the Lanterman Act.
