Liu Bo Xu
Chief of Case Management
Mr. Xu currently serves as the Chief of Case Management for Adult and Children Services at South Central Los Angeles Regional Center (SCLARC). In this role, he provides strategic management and oversight of case management units and support teams. Mr. Xu ensures service delivery meets rigorous compliance measures set forth by the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), as well as agency protocols and regulatory guidelines.
Mr. Xu’s journey at SCLARC began as a Service Coordinator at the Specialized Services Unit (SSU), where he gained invaluable experience working directly with individuals and families. He then transitioned to a Quality Assurance Specialist role, and subsequently promoted to the Program Manager for SSU, overseeing complex case management tasks for individuals with forensic involvement and specialized needs.
Before joining SCLARC, Mr. Xu held key positions at various organizations, including the American Asian Drug Abuse Program as a drug abuse counselor, KF Community Care (IMD) as a program manager, and Family Way Family Home Agency as a clinical supervisor. These diverse experiences allowed him to develop a well-rounded skillset in program management, counseling, and clinical supervision.
With a career spanning over 15 years in the social service field, Mr. Xu remains committed to supporting the individuals and families served by SCLARC to the best of his abilities.
