Ogechi Ikhile is a highly skilled and forward-thinking leader with extensive experience driving successful initiatives and programs across the technology industry. Throughout her career, she has contributed her expertise to a range of organizations—from major corporations such as Kaiser Permanente, Disney, NBCUniversal, and Oracle to emerging startups—bringing a unique blend of strategic insight, operational excellence, and a passion for mentorship. Ogechi studied Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting at California State University, Los Angeles. During her undergraduate studies, she worked as a career coach supporting young adults with special needs, helping them gain confidence and independence in professional settings and through the use of technology. That early experience fueled her lifelong commitment to inclusion, empowerment, and leadership through service. With a deep passion for technology and program management, Ogechi has honed her ability to enhance strategies, develop innovative solutions, and lead high-performing teams toward sustainable growth. Beyond her professional work, she is an active community leader who serves on nonprofit boards, including #ICANHELP x Digital4Good, an organization dedicated to promoting digital citizenship and combating cyberbullying by teaching youth how to use technology for positive change. In her spare time, Ogechi enjoys traveling, reading and engaging in global service efforts with her family, lending her time and expertise to help others in need around the world.
