SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Infrastructure Engineer Manager will lead the infrastructure team in designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable IT environment. This role will oversee critical systems and services leveraging Citrix, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, NetApp storage, Cisco networking, HPE Synergy compute, and Veeam backup solutions. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure operational excellence and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development
- Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Define objectives, monitor performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Infrastructure Design & Operations
- Oversee architecture and deployment of Citrix environments for secure remote access.
- Manage Azure cloud services and hybrid integrations with on-premises systems.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of Microsoft 365 services.
- Administer NetApp storage solutions, HPE Synergy compute, and VMware virtualization platforms.
- Maintain and optimize Cisco networking infrastructure for high availability and security.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Implement and manage Veeam backup and replication strategies to safeguard data.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Security & Compliance
- Enforce best practices for infrastructure security and compliance.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Project & Vendor Management
- Lead infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee project implementations in accordance with negotiated contracts for hardware, software, and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with Citrix, Azure, Microsoft 365, NetApp, Cisco, HPE Synergy, VMware, and Veeam.
- Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as Citrix Certified Professional, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNP, VMware VCP, NetApp Certified, or Veeam Certified Engineer.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., PowerShell) and Infrastructure as Code.
- Familiarity with ITIL practices and enterprise monitoring tools.
