Jenice Turner

Assistant Director

Jenice Turner serves as Assistant Director of the Consumer & Support Services Department at South Central Los Angeles. Ms. Turner shares responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the department. Carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, Ms. Turner has direct oversight of placement and transfer units. She also serves as the case management liaison to internal committees while collaborating with outside agencies and community partners, as needed. Ms. Turner participates in compliance and risk mitigation reviews, prepares written responses to inquiries and statistical reports, analyzes SCLARC’s trending data, and coordinates case management audits. Ms. Turner received her Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. Ms. Turner began her career with SCLARC as a Program Manager in 2008, and has also held the positions of Program Manager II and Chief of Case Management since that time.
