NCI Survey

The NCI Family Surveys have been sent to many families, guardians, and conservators of people served by a regional center. The Department of Developmental Services and State Council on Developmental Disabilities strongly encourages you to complete and submit your survey, by mail or through the online portal found on your paper survey!

Why participate:

The surveys ask families, guardians, and conservators of children and adults who receive at least one service, about their experiences with regional centers and services and supports. Your participation helps DDS and regional centers make improvements.

How the data is used:

Survey results inform decisions by the Department and regional centers. The survey results are public, while protecting your privacy:

·        By Topic and Regional Center

·        Results over Time

·        Detailed Results

·        National Comparisons to Other States
